I was a new patient with bad problems due to poor dental treatment. My front tooth was a disgrace. Now thanks to Karen and the excellent care from this practice I walk out today with perfect front teeth and can now smile with confidence. An excellent job. So delighted – cannot praise it enough!

I have a very good smile now, the experience has been good and easy and I intend to return to have the reminder of the implants done. I don’t particularly like dentist but this is a good one. Karen is considerate and kind, the girls are great.

Karen carried out extensive dental work on me 15 years ago. She was kind, patient & unfailingly professional. It is not an overstatement to say she changed my life. As a child I was told that I would not get to 21 with my own teeth. Good dentistry has given me an extra 50 years. The last 15 years with Karen I can recognise a good dentist. Here, the whole experience has matched Karen’s technical skills. I’ll miss my regular visits.

Karen has been looking after mine and my son’s teeth for the last few years. I must confess that the overall health of our teeth (and appearance) has been greatly improved through her treatment and advice. I must also congratulate Karen on her approach and the successful treatment of my son who has learning problems and has not easily trusted other dentists. To date we have not had a problem and my son attends appointments with no hesitation. Well done Karen and the team!

To whom it may concern,
I was a very sad, unhappy lady when I ‘found’ Karen and Debbie. They gave me back my smile and self-confidence many years ago. They are fantastic caring kind people. The surgery has a warm, embracing feeling. I have recommended Karen to people at work and family (my father) came and Karen was wonderful with him at 81years of age. The warm welcome I get every time on entering the practice is spot on and the care and attention is second to none. I had a phobia of Dentists until I came here. I was so impressed, the whole family now use the practice. I am always reminded of my check up dates and can visit at convenient times. It’s fair to say that Dr. Andrews has saved many of my teeth.

For the first time in my life, a Dentist who has taken care of me rather than just my teeth! I had been suffering from headaches which my GP had not been over concerned about. The VDC identified issues with night time teeth grinding and produced for me an appliance that not only protected my teeth but cured headaches! All this on top of first rate and friendly dental care.

After many wasted and useless GP appointments to true and get to the bottom of my many aches and pains, headaches, neck aches, etc, I had given up hope of rectifying my symptoms and tried to live with the pain. One last attempt at googling my symptoms and getting some answers, I stumbled on Karen and her expertise in TMJ related problems. 1month on, much help from the Village Dental Care team, and a very comfy mouth guard – I am feeling 100% better and free of all my many pains related to a jaw problem. Thank you very much!

Whenever I have had to attend the surgery, Miss Andrews and all her staff have impressed with their care and professionalism. I have had 2 CEREC and a root canal (which I was dreading) but all were trouble free, and more importantly, pain-free. Miss Andrews treatment technique is beyond compare. I hope to find as good a dentist when we move out of the area, but I feel I may not. Thank You.

| Hated dentists for years, teeth fell out and in the end I had to do something. I tried a few dentists, got to the door and walked away.
Pain forced me to get something done and an in-law suggested Karen. The hard part was getting through the door; Debbie put me at ease; then had the treatment done with Karen. 18months later, I don’t fear the dentist. Well not Karen anyway. Dentures are perfect.

I am very pleased that in my 80th year I still have my own teeth and they still look quite good. This is because I have invested time and money in them over the years. I am extremely pleased with my current dentist, whom I have had for a long time; for her special care and expertise. Friends of mine who have left this practice to get cheaper dental care under the NHS have since returned as they found the treatment wasn’t as good. You can’t put a price on teeth you can eat, talk and smile with.

For years I have grinded my teeth at night and held tension in my jaw, which has resulted in endless jaw ache plus clicking and locking of my jaw. Further to this I have suffered with lots of headaches, and it was only when I mentioned all these symptoms to Dr Andrews that she suggested it may be beneficial to wear a nightguard to relax my jaw and prevent me grinding my teeth. So far I've had excellent results, from day one my jaw has felt much more relaxed, no clicking, no tension and I can't remember the last time I had a headache! As well as this the guard is helping to protect my teeth for the future. I am really pleased with it.

Whilst sending this card I’d like to say how absolutely delighted I am with the two cerec crowns you recently fitted for me. As you know they replaced two very old crowns that were well past their sell-by date and had suffered from the effects of years of receding gums. Not a pretty sight and it caused me to be very self-conscious whenever I laughed or smiled, realizing that others could see them. Now I have two beautiful and very natural looking cerec teeth and it’s impossible to tell the difference from the real ones along side them. It was such an easy procedure- one visit, one injection and my life was transformed. I still can’t quite believe how fantastic they look. I arrived at your surgery feeling embarrassed about smiling and laughing and now I can’t stop smiling. A real boost to my self-confidence. It’s definitely money well spent and one of the best investments I ever made. Thank you so much for giving my smile back.
